5DPT Results for me....
So yesterday was day 5 for me...(I started on Tuesday because I was not prepared to start Monday with the rest of the folks), I am going to be totally honest here...this sort of reminded me of the first 5 weeks of post op after surgery...Days 1 & 2 SUCKED!!!! Just like I alsways have said about post op...the first 2-3 weeks were awful! But by day 3 it was a bit easier...but still kicked my butt at night...I was hungry! Day 4 & 5 were alot easier...I DID get fuller faster and seemed to be satified longer. I have realized that I have been giving into that nasty carb monster way too much...and need to cut down on my caffeine intake as well. I also want to find an alternative to my sweet & low and splenda, because I am convinced that is an appetite stimulate! So....here's the best part! I LOST 9 friggen pounds!!!!! I am really thrilled! This is definatly not something I would reccomend newbies to do...I would say anyone who is a year or more post op...but it really does work and help get you focused...or at least it did that for me! Thanks to all of the 5DPT'ers...for all the support!!!
